Thanks everyone! For the sotas, I used a tip 1 8O and a good WRIST BRACE, lol.

This is so beautiful! What is a sota? It looks like a lot of work especially with a #1 tip!

Sotas is a lace effect you achieve by squeezing icing through a small tip held straight up above the cake, so that the icing sort of falls like random piles of string, if that makes sense.

I usually dont care for the cakes with all different shapes but this one really works! Just beautiful.
