I love the look of this cake. It's simple yet whimsical. I visualized it without the packages...I still love it. I keep looking at it and can't determine, exactly, what it is that attracts me to it. I'm thinking it's the combination of the combed top, the color of the cake and trim, the borders...it all works together.
