Minnie Mouse
The main cake is a carrot cake with a cream cheese buttercream filling. One of the ears is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling and the other ear is lemon cake with lemon curd buttercream! Credit absolutely goes to jaklotz1, whose design I loved when I saw it here on CC and made me want to have a go at making it one day, and also to Aine2 for her 'How to...' step-by-step guide on how to make a Mickey Mouse, on her Blog. All decorations sugarpaste (fondant).
