First time for this cake. The Nordiacware Pirate Cake Pan is great!!! I highly recommend adding it to your cake pan collection. This cake was for a Silent Auctions for the Oakland Youth Orchestra. The cake sold for $85.00. Hint; hot lights and whipped cream frosting do not mix but the cake was still great. The base was white cake with chocolate ganache aand the ship was devil food. It was fun making it.
