Bottom is yellow cake with lemoncurd filling and lemon buttercream. Top is same, but gluten-free. I originally tried a poured fondant (Wilton recipe) but something went horribly wrong, so I scraped it off and quickly did this. The daisies and roses are my first attempt at gumpaste flowers.
