Critique Subgroup Member: I love the color of the sunflower!!! It's so pretty! My only critiques are to have a thicker cake board and to push down the points on the dots on the side of the cake. Very lovely cake for sure!

critique subgroup member: That is a great sunflower. I like the dots on the sides of the cake. I would maybe push their tips in a little next time. The green icing looks like it was maybe a little thin (maybe from adding color or something). The top border of leaves looks a little runny to me...like the leaves aren't really defined. The stars look OK on the bottom though, so maybe that's just my mis-perception (is that even a word?  ) I think the board is cute and the cake is cheery. Nice job.

critique subgroup member: first off... that cake flavor and filling sound heavenly!!! I think this cake is adorable. the sunflower is wonderful. I like the board paper, but maybe that orange could have been incorporated into the cake. Icing is nice and smooth, and again the green looks a bit thin, but not familiar with Mary Kay frosting, so that may be typical. overall a winner!

Critique group member: Cute idea! I think you icing is not thick enough everything knid of runs together. The cakeboard cover does not fit in and I think you need to challenge your self more borderwise, do something more interesting thans stars and shells.

Critique Group Member: beautiful presentation- your sunflower is so wonderfully full! I like the thick chunky leaf border on top- my only critique is to push down the points on the dots next time ;)

Critique subgroup member; Your design is sweet. Sunflowers really liven up a cake. I am thinking your icing was too warm, because it is not holding itsshape well. I'd also push down the little dots with a powdered sugar finger. I bet he loved it!
