Thanks to susgene for the idea. White cake, chocolate bavarian filling and cream cheese frosting. Used a chocolate shoe mold and filled it with truffles.

formerbuckeye, I got the mold on ebay. Search under high heel shoe and the seller's name is cybrtrayd. :)
