Wow, this is one sharp looking cake! Your squares look great and those edges are perfect!! This is very striking and very impressive. Gorgeous with those red roses! (I would hot glue a piece of red ribbon around the feet of the seperator plate so so they don't show when you flip the glass of petals) I love seeing pretty glasses used as seperators!
