Swan Gazebo

This was a competition cake. It may be hard to see in the picture, but inside the royal icing gazebo is a gumpaste water lily. The gazebo is resting on a run-sugar "island", surrounded by hand piped royal icing swans. This was done a number of years ago, but i think i recall receiving a first place in the category as well as Best of Division for this entry. Thanks for looking!
