Love Maxine. Love the cake. What is CT and FBCT?
CT is chocolate transfer and FBCT is frozen butter cream transfer. The steam coming out of the coffee is just piped buttercream with tip 16. For the transfers, you copy a picture and then trace and fill it in with either melted chocolate or buttercream. The buttercream one you freeze, chocolate you don't have to. I think under articles you will find the instructions for FBCT, do a search for Chocolate transfers and that should get you some info also. Thanks for looking!
