This is a 10" and 6" yellow cake with raspberri filling iced in satin ice fondant. Each tier was stacked and then wraped with white Satin ribbon and decorated with gumpaste red rose sprays. The bride loved it!!!

satin ice is a brand of fondant. I buy it from my local supplier Bakers Kitchen.
