This is only the 2nd cake I've made. I looked high & low and found this strawberry mold on the internet. You could also use a heart shaped mold & I think it would come out nearly the same. This was my first time working with fondant... it came out okay. I do like to make BC frosting but I used a strawberry frosting from the store. The cake was strawberry flavored too. When you walked by our birthday celebration at the indoor play place the entire area smelled of strawberries due to frosting used.
