This are not ribbons! is the fondant indented with a dented wheel, than painted with pink lusted dust.
Do you mind me asking what you used for the borders? Any advice on how to do the little girl? She's just beautiful!!
The borders are gum paste cut with a frill cutter, then rufled by hand, the girl is cold porcelain.
