A little late, but I made this cake last week for Valentine's Day. I have had this design in my head for ages and thought that I could finally do it , so I did. yay . 8 inch carrot cake with white chocolate ganache/ cream cheese icing combo covered in fondant. The top is a plaque made from fondant with a little tylose added. TFL
