This was a two layer strawberry and cool whip cake I baked for my DH. I let my 2 1/2 yr old DD help with the frosting and then let her go at it with sanding sugars and sprinkles. Then she "helped" mommy hold the bag and do the writing on the cake. Needless to say DD had a total blast and DH thought it was the best Valentine's Day present ever!!
