This was for my church's silent auction - The top tier was yellow cake w/ choc. filling and bottom tier was chocolate cake with cookies & cream filling. I didn't make enough fondant so i had to roll things out thinner than I wanted to to make it work. Since I'm so new to all this, every cake teaches me something new!
