Golf Bag

Golf Bag on Cake Central

Golf bag, covered in fondant with chocolate putter, white chocolate golf balls on board. I didn't realize how crooked the top piece was until looking at the pictures now. yikes.

Double check with a legal but I believe once you have delivered...it's the restaurant's responsibility. I always joke around with "I got it here...now it's all yours" Keep us posted what happens.

great job - wait did you make the cookies on the table too - if so, then they'd still have dessert even if the cake did fall over (which I still don't believe - I think it was pushed!)

The crooked top makes it look more realistic...like it's "worn"...I think it looks great! You did your part, once you leave the cake becomes their responsibilty.

Nice job...the top rim, could've been better but it happens to us all! THing is customers don't notice these things...next time place the seam in the back and not the front. As for responsibility, once it's delivered and set up, not my problem anymore. How stable was it though?

As far as the top.. When I put it on, I was rushing too much.. and I wasnt even sure what would be the front or back. Looking back, the rim was the least of my issues! It was stable when I delivered it. What a nightmare this has become!!!! I can't believe it has come down to LAWYERS!

The cake is absolutely beautiful. I read your post in the forum and not to worry, you obviously did a fine job and left it looking fine and fab ON the table. Best of luck to you with future clients. You do beautiful work, never doubt that for ONE MINUTE!! :)
