I use the Butter Cookies IV recipe from www.allrecipes.com. I roll out the dough on parchment paper and pop it into the freezer til firm, then cut out the cookies. Freezing makes transfer to the baking sheet easy without loosing the shape of the cookies. It may also contribute to those nice straight sides, but I can't say for sure 'cause sometimes I don't freeze and still get nice results. The icing is Antonia74. First time I've used it and it's a wonderful medium to work with.
Very pretty! How do you get your cookies so straight on the edges? Do you recut them when they come from the oven or what receipe do you use? :)
You did a wonderful job. I truly take it as the highest compliment when someone uses an idea from me. ;-D
Thanks, Ladies! Lorrieg, I PMed you about your questions :D
