Did this for a university student's Portugese class presentation, hope she did well! It's a hand-cut 14" cookie.
It took the full 24 hours for that baby to dry, wow!
Thanks so much everyone! It was actually fun to do. I did use my royal icing recipe, yes. :) To bake the huge cookie, I just turned the oven temp down to 310 degrees (so that the edges would brown before the centre was done) and it baked for about 30 minutes! :o
