This was the first cake I made for someone besides one of my kids. My husband & I made this cake for a friend's son who races motorbikes. The base is a 12 x18 and then we carved out a 9x13 on top of that. We ended up transporting it in a clear rubbermaid container because we couldn't find a box big enough. We used truffles for rocks, shredded wheat for the haybales, and toffee bits for gravel.
