25Th Anniversary on Cake Central

This was my first attempt at a 3-layer stacked cake - made for a family member's 25th anniversary. Bottom layer is chocolate with ganache filling, middle is white with raspberry mousse filling, and top layer is vanilla with almond BC filling. For some reason, the top edges of all 3 cakes were ragged and crumbly, but I just glued it all together with icing, slapped the fondant on...and thankfully it seemed to hold tight for the 2+ hour drive. (p.s. I did remove the cardboards underneath before the party!)

Thank you. After putting the whole thing together I realized the proportions of layers were really off...next time I'll know to measure
