For brother-n-laws 65th birthday.  All buttercream.  The teeth were hard to get right.  Thanks to CC ers for the idea. The one I saw was much better.  I think they used fondant for the teeth and I haven't had any experience with fondant like that.

    i work in a dental office and am making a cake for a 40th b-day and this cake is such a great idea but looks hard to make. I make cakes just for the fun of it and i am ok at it in my mind.
