These are the chocolate cookie recipe that pumkinwaffles submitted done for my son's V-day party at school!! I sifted the dry, beat the sugar and butter, added the egg and vanilla, then the dry until combined. It was a stiff dough but i just rolled out, cut out and baked bypassing the freezer. The dough was completely hassle-free!! The flavor is VERY intense!!
