This is a yellow cake with BC frosting. I used a 9x13 and 2 9' round halves, and did a bit of carving to get the right shape. The trucks are made of cake, pretzel rods, and Hostess cupcakes. The white part in the middle is the symbol for Lakai (in case you were wondering), and the recipient of this cake decided to name it LaKaike. =]
