Fresh Strawberry Cake W/ B'cream Frosting
Many, many (2 1/2 Flats worth) of fresh berries went on and around the cake, which was frosted with a mild - lemon flavored buttercream. The round table top-behind the cake was covered with long fresh leaves (don't know what kind they were) and additional berries were strewn over the leaves to complete the look..
Pretty sure they are the big banana leaves you can decorate/cook with. The cake looks AWESOME!!! And so yummy. Thinking I wanna try those flavors now, very fresh and light MMMHHHH :)
