I baked this cake for my nephew`s birthday. It was so nice seeing on his little face such a big smile. Made from scratch this is a banana flavor cake with dulce de leche n`cream filling. Cover with banana flavor italian meringue. The miniature people were made of banana flavor royal icing, the shells were made of banana flavor MMF, the umbrellas were made of white chocolate, the sand was made of cookies and the ocean made of piping gel. Everything is edible except for the sticks on the umbrellas.
