C-Lady...it's all buttercream. I used dutch processed cocoa (all-butter) buttercream with a little black food color to achieve the black. Covered with whole thing with buttercream then marked off the sections with a pin and piped the colors in with a #2 or #3 tip (can't remember). The darts are store-bought,
