i was so frustrated with my cake because sadly my buttercream did not crust so i wasn't able to smooth it very well....anyway...2 tier cake with asian theme because my mom's birthday coincided with chinese new year...bottom tier is chocolate cake with choco fudge filling...top tier is lemon chiffon cake with choco fudge filling...the flower on top is actually a candle which opens up with some sparklers and plays happy birthday music....iced in buttercream and royal icing decorations...thanks for looking!
