They are silk moth orchids (phaelenopsis) the bride was having them in her bouquet

No charge, it was for my cousin and my aunty has done the flowers at my wedding, my sisters wedding and my brother's wedding so we kind of owed her heaps!

I just pinned the ribbon with a single pin (black head so not easily seen) and then used Royal Icing to pipe pearls down where the ribbon joined.
