Thanks Snowshoe. Still taking wilton classes and trying to do fun things. I do cakes for charity this year. The Children's Dream Fund here locally grants dreams for children with life-threatening illnesses and I told them I would make a cake for each of there dreams in 2008. Have done 10 cakes so far. It is great because I get to do what I want and be ccreative and have gotten great responses.
