This is my version of the Whimsical Bakehouse's Spring Fling cake. Birthday cake for my DD's 21st. Triple chocolate cake, filled with cookies and cream , crumb coated with Whimsical Bakehouse buttercream, covered in ganache. Polka dots are tinted, melted white chocolate. I was really hoping for a smoother finish for my ganache but had some issues with it. It sure tastes good, though! TFL. :)
