Sea Turtle Cookies
My friend Colette's toddler is part Samoan. His first word was neither " mama " nor " papa ". It was turtle. So to commemorate the big event, I designed and hand cut a turtle mold and cut out some cookies. I had fun decorating these with royal icing using the pipe and flow method.
These are too cute!!! How did you do the frogs?
mac: Hi! Those frogs are royal icing, made in a succession of layers. It has to dry between layers or it will collapse. learned that the hard way!! LOL
