Swiss Meringue Dots on Cake Central

Another practice cake. I wanted to try SMBC but I was too afraid to try in on an order. I had to make a second attempt because I didn't whip the egg mixture long enough. Second time was a charrm. I am so pleased with how smooth I was able to get the icing.

I use the 1:2:3 method. There is a recipe on here but I actually followed a tutorial I found on youtube.com. I'll try to post the like in this comment although sometimes it doesnt't work: (...)

i'm new at this and I love your cake. Can u tell me what smbc is? your cake is so shiny does that have anything to do with it? beautiful thanks!!
