I See Spots!
This is a three-tiered mod cake I made inspired by some other cakes, including one by Kate Sullivan. It was fairly easy. I super-pearled the white cake before added the circles, and it makes it a bit more fancy.

Cute!! where did u get the bottom cut outs? What r they called great job!! Love it
I made the cut-outs four at a time, using the circle cutter around the edges of a circle. It's time cunsuming, but looks great
