This cake was a tribute to an aunt who passed away. I tried to make it just like she would have if she would have been here to make it. Just like she taught me. Each tier had both chocolate and yellow cake with almond BC. The shells were made with white chocolate swirled with milk chocolate. She loved living at the beach and was a member of the Pleasure Island Parrot Heads and the Turtle rescue mission.
