Another Colette knock-off, for my daughter's green and pink b-day. 6" cake with 5 layers of marble cake, filled and crumbcoated with semisweet ganache and covered with mint-flavored homemade fondant (Toba's recipe). I had lots of fun doing this; thanks for looking.
