This was full sheet cake. The client wanted all white. She specifically said, âWhite cake, white icing, white writing, white decorations with doves, wedding rings and roses.â I tried to explain that white lettering would not show up very well on white icing but she was insistent. This is what I came up with. WASC cake with Vanilla IMBC. Color Flow decorations, Fondant Ribbon Roses and edible pearls. All decorations painted in Super Pearl dust.
