8 and 6 inch tiers, all buttercream. Accents and roses are fondant, sprayed with luster dust. Curling ribbon curls, floral wire curls, gumpaste stars on wire. Hannah Montana picture cut from party supplies and stuck to floral wire with glue dots.

sheilaski...When I make a 2 tiered cake, I ALWAYS dowel the bottom tier. For an 8 inch and 6 inch like this, I use 5 dowels (one in the middle, 4 around it).
