thanks everyone for the nice comments. I had lots of trouble with the icing, it just would NOT smooth the way I wanted it to. I also stuck my elbow in the cake, accidentally reversed the colors of the tiers so I had to change my design a little, forgot to cover the cake board, dropped a whole bowl of icing on the kitchen floor etc etc. The list goes on and on. I guess the cake turned out ok, I just know I could have done better! Thanks again everyone
