Metallica Birthday Cake
Why are cakes for men so hard? This person's favorite group is Metallica and he loves Mustang Cobra car. Thanks to my daugher's input I was able to combine both ideas on this sour cream almond white cake with cheesecake mousse filling. The car is traced onto wafer paper and placed on a fondant plaque.
I like the silver writing at the bottom how did you do that?
The letters are cut out of fondant then brushed with silver highlighter dust mixed with vegetable oil.
