Medieval Castle
10" square cake topped with 6" round, 2" round turrents with ice cream cones coated with royal icing shingles. Trees on side of castle were ice cream cones with royal icing leaves. Fences, drawbridge, flags, and windows were all color flow.
This whole cake is iced in buttercream. After it crusted, we lightly pre.ssed the impression mat into it

Seester, the pattern is done with an impression mat that was made for polymer clay. Our Michaels has several sets of impression mats with 4-5 mats in a set for about $2.99 each.
