This cake actually has a sister cake to go along with it. It is meant to look like an opened box of chocolates. The other cake is the "top" of the heart-shaped Valentine's Day Box. Draped in red White Chocolate FondX, and garnished with a gumpaste ribbon, bow, and gift tag. This "bottom" cake is meant to look as if you just opened the box of chocolate. The wrappers are gumpaste, and in them are homemade truffles. This picture quality really isn't very good - but you get the idea ;)
