Ice Skating
The client wanted a cake that looked like a frozen ice skating pond, she added the plastic figurines herself, the "ice" is piping gel (with a little TOO much turquoise food coloring) and some snow white sanding sugar sprinkled on top to make it glisten
This is a lovely display. I like how you did your 'ice' and bordered it so nicely!
