Sorry about the double posting. Fondx is a brand name of a really wonderful pre-made fondant. Available through CalJava and also Pfeil and Holing.

Thanks June. The bride to be loved the apple filling, but more so the cinnamon buttercream. And she is the first client I have heard say they loved the fondant. This seems to be a buttercream area and I keep pushing for fondant.
