Tony Stewart Race Car For Joe

Tony Stewart Race Car For Joe on Cake Central

Cake was baked in Wilton's Nascar novelty pan. Icing is buttercream. Client wanted "40" on the car rather than "20" since it was the birthday man's 40th birthday.

critique subgroup member: This looks cool. I like the orange. The words in the front are a little off center. I am wondering why I only see half of one of the tires...is it just the angle? I like how you did the windows and windshield. I think the board should have maybe been a little bit bigger. This is a great "specialty" cake.

Critique subgroup member: Oh this must have killed you to do. No fun in the piping just stars. Well either way they are done nicely. Don't care for the orange but certainly understand why. The logo seems oddly shaped to me but could be the photo. And the board is too small but I like it is shaped like the cake!

critique subgroup member: Great color! It must have taken you forever to pipe all those little, little stars...whew. I noticed the off center lettering and the small cake board, but the cake is very well done.

critique subgroup member: the orange is perfect. the logo seems smooshed and the writing on the bottom is off center a bit but otherwise its a great cake

critique subgroup member: this looks very painstaking! You hit the color though and it looks great! Nice job on where you put the writing, too
