The bassinet is made with a loaf pan that I trimmed down to fit on top of the 8" Round Cake. I used a baseball wrapped in cello. to mold the hood of the bassinet out of fondant. :roll:
Wonderful cake! I have a shower for a friend coming up in April. I see it's sitting on a larger cake, but is the bassinet base cake also? How did you form the top - it's perfect.
