This was done for a man whose 100th birthday is today. Everything on the cake is representative of his life. He is from Belarus and a pastor for over 80 years. Everything on it is gumpaste, fondant or chocolate clay. It was a first using the clay and I loved it. This was a joy to make and I feel I really got to know him through all of his history.
