Pink & Brown Birthday Cake
My daughters 29th birthday cake & I enjoyed every minute of making this one! 10", 8" and 6" layers (total of 6 cakes) are Decadent Chocolate Fudge cake, torted & filled with Amaretto Chocolate Cream, frosted with Chocolate Buttercream then covered in homemade Chocolate & Cherry Fondants. Bow, stripes & dots all made of 50/50 fondant gumpaste. The Cherry fondant was a challenge~~ I could not find a CF recipe so I created a recipe which ended up being very good & easy to work wthi! TFL
