Minnie Mouse Cupcakes
Quickly done for my daughter's (who is obsessed with Minnie) fourth birthday. The ears are chocolate and the bows are fondant. I used a buttercream that was all butter, no shortening, since I didn't have to pipe anything that needed to hold up....ahhhh, it was divine!!!

Yes, the ears were just chocolate candy melts that I added black candy coloring to and then piped onto parchment paper.
