Thank You Cake
This cake was the first one I've made in about three months--it was a therapy "assignmen" from my PT to help with my elbow injury. I tried to make a simple design--sort of a Wedgewood china look--blue background and white trim. I was excited I was able to do it!! My handwriting needs some work but hopefully we'll see an improvement!

I just read your post and was laughing about everyone telling you to get off your bee-hind! :lol: I think this looks wonderful! Of course you are going to need some more practice but for someone with a bad elbow this looks really great! I wish the best for you...I am sure your PT is going to love the cake! :D Keep working!
